Resumo
Para compreender as transformações sociais em termos de família, observam-se as mudanças culturais
em que os indivíduos, no geral, foram recebendo uma educação que os fizeram ser mais independentes de
estruturas religiosas, políticas e familiares, hoje o mundo, visando ao princípio da dignidade e da comunhão
plena de vida, impulsiona a sociedade a pensar as diferenças e pluralidades, principalmente em termos de
família. Desta forma a teoria de Humberto Maturana sobre o amor vem repensar as transformações das
estruturas da família na diversidade e nas diferenças dentro da realidade social e jurídica em virtude dos
direitos sociais, percebendo-se a intenção de acompanhar os fatos sociais em curso, impulsionados pelo
clamor das novas formas de família, oferecendo um procedimento que consiga dar conta da complexidade
social.

Abstract
To understand the social transformations in terms of family, we observe cultural change, where individuals,
in general, were receiving an education that made them be more independent structures, religious, political
and family, today the world seeking the principle of dignity and full communion of life, drives the society,
differences and pluralities think primarily in terms of family. Thus the theory of Humberto Maturana, about
love comes rethink the changing structures of family, the diversity and differences within the social and
legal reality, because of social rights, perceiving the intention to monitor social facts ongoing , driven by the
clamor of new family forms, offering a procedure that can take account of social complexity.
